River Street Marina

River Street Marine is located in the City of Rochester's Port of Charlotte, north and south of the new O'Rorke Bride on the west bank of the Genesee River.Our facility is a unique public-private partnership between the City of Rochester who re-developed the marina and River Street Marine, LLC; the private company that operates the facility under a long term License.River Street Marine is part of the Gibbs Marine Group, which also operates Braddock Bay Marina eight miles to the west and Gibbs Marine which is directly south of River Street Marine at Petten Street.

Under power but making way. Like a tug pushing a heavy barge upriver against a strong current, it is possible to be under power but not making way. Repairs to used and newly aquired equiopment have been arduous. It appears that the end is in sight. Try not to forget that it is a five year plan and most of the work so far has been hauling junk, reclaiming land and preparing the site for construction. It is a monumental job!
